Description

The 100-watt pulsed JPT fiber laser cleaning machine uses a laser source model of YDFLP-CL-100-1-A, which continues JPT’s MOPA structure. Its average power is 100W, and the single pulse energy is 1.5mJ. It has good laser characteristics and good pulse shape control capabilities. The pulse frequency and width of the MOPA fibre laser are independently controllable. Adjusting the two laser parameters can achieve constant high peak power output and suit a broader range of cleaning scenarios.

The laser head scanning system uses a small high-speed motor and drives imported from Germany. After optimizing the design, it became an essential part of the laser head dedicated to laser cleaning.

Indicator Lights and Interface Button Function Description

1. 220V AC power interface.

2. Power switch, namely the power-on and power-off button of the washing machine.

3. Emergency stop knob (press this knob to turn off the power in an emergency, and turn the knob clockwise to restore the power state).

4. Trigger switch (press the switch after power on, and the red indicator light and the handle button indicator light will be on at the same time to activate the light; press it again, and the indicator light will go off, indicating that the laser cannot be turned on when it is suspended).

5. Power-on indication (after connecting the power cord, turn on switch 2, and the green indicator light will light up to indicate that the washing machine’s power connection is regular).

6. Footswitch (two aviation connector leads and short-circuiting can control the laser light output; users can choose according to their own needs the interface function).

7. when the indicator light is green, the handle button means that the laser can be emitted (press it and keep it for the focus red light and the current scanning range around; press twice and hold to emit laser).
